Two slow MySQL queries on ShipmentService (shipment list search ~71s, middle-mile crate in-scan ~40s) held DB connections until MySQL dropped them. Threads piled up, Service returned 500s, and ShipmentApp exhausted Tomcat workers waiting on those calls.
