An issue with external request communication caused certain requests to remain open without receiving a response. As there was no defined response limit used by a particular user, it affected a few requests and the large sized and affected requests remained pending for too long that gradually prevented new requests from being processed, resulting in short application unavailability. The communication flow has now been restricted with appropriate response handling and time limits to ensure such requests are released and do not impact subsequent processing.
